I began training with Garth in May of 2018 after completing my physical therapy for my two knee replacements. He knew exactly what areas I needed to continue to work on.

Garth created a training program that would strengthen my core and proper form, and informed me on the types of movements and exercises needed to strengthen my legs. This training program would help me begin to walk correctly again.

I have actually developed an appreciation for a good workout. I stand straighter and I'm even developing some muscle definition. My abdominal muscles have become much stronger as well. Garth continues to develop more exercises on the goals that I originally started with.

As a trainer, Garth is sincere about how he works with his clients. He always remembers to focus on what their issues are and what is the best way to work with each individual.

I trained with Garth for 3 months 3X a week. I've always worked out, mostly cardio, gym machines and Pilate, but Garth's training techniques helped me to train using my own body weight, free weights and several other tips and trick.

We kept track of initial weight, fat content and BMI. I started seeing results in my strength 2-3 weeks into our workouts and by about month and half the numbers were beginning to move in the direction I wanted.

Garth is not only a trainer, he is positive energy, friend and a mentor.

Much to say about how body image affects confidence and health .

I was diagnosed with borderline high cholesterol in March 2014. My MD advised me, to change my diet and exercise in order to get back to a healthy state and avoid medication. While I often eat healthy, I loved everything ate fried foods and hardly exercised.

I consulted with Garth, who encouraged me to eat more healthy foods, and I gained a few pounds of muscle. The physical change in my body is exceptional and my cholesterol is back to normal. He knows precisely which areas to target, individually on each person, and make specific meal plans to fit their needs.
